ALL ABOUT ANAL SEX

Why Anal Sex?

Lots of people think anal sex is dirty and the ultimate taboo. It doesn’t have to be. Some people love it, some hate it. Some haven’t tried it at all and are curious. It is the easiest way to stimulate the G-Spot for the best orgasm.

What preparation is needed?

To make sure it doesn’t become painful try using lots of lubrication and lots of patience. By using these it should end up being a very fulfilling and pleasurable experience. For a man it should be easier and safer to use a condom as it has its own lube. More may be needed. It also will help ward off sexually transmitted diseases.

Starting with a lubed up finger, gently insert one finger into the anus and slide back and forth. This gives the anus a chance to get used to being stretched. Once this goes okay, try using 2 fingers, which is the width of an average size of a penis. If this goes good, try the penis.

Will this be messy?

Anal sex should not be messy. If there are still concerns, make sure you move your bowels. If you are still not positive, it will not leave a mess try using an enema which will totally clean you out and clean the anal cavity.

What positions to try?

For intercourse, position is very important. You can try the "women on top" which gives women more control and lets her decide how much penetration she wants. One can also try the "doggy style" or the "missionary" with the legs up. Another position which is easier is the "spoon" or the back to front. It all depends on the women and how comfortable she feels with each position. Just remember to listen to her, if it is painful then try another and to slow down. Experimenting with each position is best way to find her comfortable place and be able to orgasm.

What problems may occur?

*Sexually transmitted diseases may happen if you are not using a condom when blood, semen, or fluids are shared.

*Anal Fissure which is a small tearing of the skin or tissues surrounding the anus. This can be caused by lack of lubrication. This can make it difficult to sit, pass bowels or have sex.

*Hemorrhoids are lumps found either inside the anal cavity or outside the anus. Anal sex does not cause them but can exacerbate them. They are caused by constipation or frequent bowel movements.

By using proper cleaning techniques, using enough lube, and/or condoms you can reduce your chance of these problems and be able to have an enjoyable time. Anal sex can be exciting and pleasurable for both male and female.
